Herbed Chicken Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    3 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    1/2 c. flour, sifted
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    3 c. chicken broth
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Cook chicken and dice.
    Prepare stuffing according to directions on package; spread in bottom of dish.
    Add layer of diced chicken.
    Melt butter in saucepan; blend in flour and seasoning.
    Stir in broth; cook until thick.
    Stir small amount of hot mixture into slightly beaten eggs.
    Blend together gradually. Pour over chicken.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until knife inserted in souffle comes out clean.
    Serve with Pimiento-Mushroom Sauce.
