Pecan Clusters - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. light brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Preparation

Whip sugar and egg white until fluffy.
Add pecans and stir to coat.
Drop onto greased pan.
Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 225\u00b0.
May bake individual nuts or in mounds.
