Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 c. light brown sugar, packed
Preparation
    Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until done; drain and peel and mash.
    Stir in all of remaining ingredients except 2 tablespoons of sugar; turn mixture into prepared 1 1/2-quart size greased casserole dish and sprinkle with remaining sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
