Turkey Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. turkey broth
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 carrot, peeled and sliced
    2 c. peeled, cubed potato
    1/4 c. diced onion
    2 c. cooked turkey, cut in chunks
    1/4 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    In medium saucepan, combine broth, celery, carrot and potatoes.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add onion, turkey and thyme.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes more or until potatoes are fork-tender.
    Adjust seasoning to taste.
    Makes 4 cups.
