Gourmet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. green onions (tops and bottoms)
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jackets.
    Cool and refrigerate overnight. The next day, peel and grate.
    Saute onions in butter.
    Add sour cream and stir until well mixed.
    In a 2 to 3 quart casserole, combine butter-sour cream mixture, potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Toss together lightly.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
