Asian-Style Grilled Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 lb. round steak, sliced into 1/4-inch strips
    1 large carrot
    6 green onions
Preparation
    Combine soy sauce, sesame oil and brown sugar in a medium baking dish; mix well. Add steak, stirring to coat. Preheat grill or broiler. Cut carrot and green onions into 1 1/2-inch slices. Remove steak from sauce. Reserve sauce.
    Thread carrot, green onions and steak onto 6 skewers. Brush kabobs with sauce. Grill or broil, turning once, until steak is browned, about 3 minutes on each side.
