Lazy Lady'S Chili Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack and Colby cheeses, shredded
    2 (7 oz.) cans green chilies or 6 frozen whole chilies, diced
    7 eggs, beaten
    1 pt. sour cream
    paprika
Preparation
    In a 7 x 11-inch greased casserole, alternate layers of chilies and cheeses, beginning with chilies and ending with cheese.
    Beat sour cream with the beaten eggs until smooth.
    Pour over chili-cheese mixture and sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0 preheated oven one hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
    Top should be puffy and golden brown.
    Excellent served with ham and spinach.
