Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread mix
    8 oz. chopped broccoli, thawed
    4 eggs
    6 oz. cottage cheese
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    1 small diced onion or minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    If necessary, add a little milk for good cornbread consistency.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking pan. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until browned.
