Baked Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cut up, or 4-6 chicken breasts
    1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    3 cans water
    1/4 cup diced celery
    1/4 cup diced onion
    1/4 diced green pepper
    1 cup regular rice (not minute or quick cooking rice)
Preparation
    Empty soup into 13 x 9 casserole dish; add water slowly, stirring until soup is dissolved.
    Sprinkle rice and vegetables over soup/water mixture.
    Arrange chicken on top of rice and vegetables (it will look odd-laying the chicken in water!)
    Bake at 325 degrees until chicken is brown, 1 - 1 1/2 hours.
    Serves 4 - 6.
