Shrimp Victoria - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. flour
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. hot cooked rice
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    6 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute shrimp and onions in margarine for 5 minutes or until shrimp are tender.
    Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes more. Sprinkle in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir in sour cream and cook gently for 10 minutes, being careful not to boil.
    Serve over rice.
