Justin'S Favorite Gingersnap Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 c. flour + 2 Tbsp.
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. sugar for rolling
Preparation
    Combine shortening, 1 cup sugar, 1 beaten egg and molasses. Add flour, cinnamon, ginger, salt and baking soda.
    Roll in a ball and dip in sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
