Baked Vidalia Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Vidalia onions
    6 beef or chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 pats of butter
Preparation
    Wash and peel onions.
    Cut out approximately half dollar size area at top of onions and 1/4 inch deep into onions.
    Place bouillon cube, 1 pat of butter and any preferred seasoning in top. Cover in tent of aluminum foil.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
