Carrot Salad(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    3/4 c. flaked coconut
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. raisins
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
    Combine pineapple, carrots, coconut, raisins and sugar.
    Mix well.
    Combine mayonnaise and reserved pineapple juice.
    Beat with wire whisk until smooth.
    Pour over carrot mixture and mix well.
    Chill.
