London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak
    1 bottle French dressing
    mushrooms (optional)
    salt
Preparation
    Salt both sides of flank steak well.
    Spread both sides generously with French dressing.
    Let steak marinate in refrigerator several hours.
    Broil 2-inches under high heat for 5 to 7 minutes each side.
    Carve on board having a gravy well, or on a tray or deep platter.
    Slice very thin, on a slant across the grain.
    Thicken steak juices for gravy; blend in mushrooms, if desired.
