No Frypan Chicken Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 1/2 oz.) can chow mein noodles
    1/2 c. nonfat buttermilk
    1 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt-free herb and spice blend
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 skinned, boned chicken breast halves, cut into 18 strips
    vegetable cooking spray
Preparation
    Place noodles in electric blender or food processor until crumbs form.
    Place in a shallow dish. Set aside. Combine buttermilk and next 4 ingredients. Dip chicken strips into buttermilk mixture. Coat with crumbs.
    Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 18 minutes.
    Turn and bake 15 minutes or until golden brown.
