Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 cup margarine
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    2 cups grated cheddar
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a greased 9 X13 pan, season with salt and pepper.
    In a bowl, combine onions, soup and sour cream.
    Pour over top of hash browns.
    Sprinkle with cheese and pour melted margarine over top.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
