Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium avocado
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
    1 1/2 to 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    tortilla chips
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. finely chopped tomato
    1/2 c. sliced black green olives
Preparation
    Peel the avocado; remove seed.
    Puree the avocado in a blender.
    Add cream cheese and sour cream; mix well.
    Add garlic powder, salt, pepper and celery salt.
    Process until well mixed. Spoon into a serving dish.
    Top with onion, green pepper, tomato, olives and cheese.
    Serve with tortilla chips..
