Cashew Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken breast, cut in pieces
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2/3 can chow mein noodles
    1 c. cashews
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown in margarine for 15 minutes.
    Add soup and milk.
    Add 1/3 can of chow mein noodles and 1/2 cup of cashews.
    Pour into baking dish and top with rest of noodles and cashews.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve over rice, if desired.
