Corned Beef Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Libby's corned beef
1/2 jar mixed salad cubes
1 tsp. vinegar
3 to 4 Tbsp. Duke mayonnaise
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Tear corned beef apart with a fork.
Add all ingredients. Beat until smooth with mixer and spread on bread.
Good toasted in oven and served with pickle strips.
