Ingredients

1 Tbsp. garlic powder or 4 fresh cloves
3 pkg. frozen spinach (leaf or chopped)
2 thin crust Boboli
1 lb. hamburg
4 Tbsp. olive oil
4 fresh cloves
salt and pepper
1 large onion
1/2 c. Romano cheese
Preparation

Brown hamburg, onion, Romano cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil.
While browning, defrost spinach in microwave.
Squeeze out water.
Add to ingredients in browning skillet.
Saute until well mixed.
Place Boboli on cookie sheet.
Put all ingredients on top.
Add second Boboli and bake for 25 minutes until crispy to touch.
Good as main dish or appetizer.
