Cabbage And Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 tsp. garlic soup mix
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans (undrained)
    1/2 medium head cabbage, chopped
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    2 tomato cans water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can water
    4 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    In a large kettle, brown the beef.
    Add all the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
    This can be frozen.
    Makes 3 1/2 quarts.
