Peppered Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork loin roast
    1 c. vinegar
    1/4 lb. margarine
    1 (1 oz.) can black pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine vinegar, margarine and pepper in a small pan.
    Heat until margarine melts.
    Brush sauce over the roast.
    Roast 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with additional sauce.
    Reduce heat to 250\u00b0 and continue roasting until meat reaches an interior temperature of 160\u00b0.
    Let sit 20 minutes before carving.
