Hot Fruit Casserole(A Lot, Keeps Well) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium can sliced pineapple
    1 medium can peach halves
    1 jar apple rings
    1 medium can pear halves
    1 medium can apricot halves
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sherry (sounds like too much, but it isn't)
Preparation
    Drain all the fruit.
    Cut pineapple slices in halves, also peaches if they are extra large.
    Arrange fruit in alternate layers in large, medium-deep casserole dish.
