Avery Butter Sauce(For Meat, Poultry, Vegetables Or Fish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 tsp. water
    2 Tbsp. fresh, frozen or canned lemon or orange juice
    1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Melt the butter or margarine; stir in salt, mustard, paprika, water, juice and Tabasco sauce.
    Makes about 1/3 cup.
