Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix, prepared as directed
    1 bag caramels
    1 stick butter
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Pour half the cake batter into prepared 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
