Peppy Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 4 lb.) pot roast
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    3/4 c. water
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat in large heavy pan; pour off fat.
    Add soup mix and 1/2 cup water.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 3 hours or until tender.
    Stir occasionally.
    Remove meat from pan.
    Gradually blend remaining water into flour; slowly stir into gravy.
    Cook, stirring until thickened.
    Yield:
    4 to 6 servings.
