Red Onion And Fennel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium fennel bulbs
    2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    1 red onion
Preparation
    Wash and slice thin fennel bulb and onion.
    Add remaining ingredients; toss.
    Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours and serve with side dishes.
