Lace Cookie Cups With Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, finely chopped
    semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
    favorite ice cream
Preparation
    Heat oven to 300\u00b0.
    In medium saucepan, bring corn syrup to a full boil over medium heat, 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add butter; reduce heat to low.
    Cook, stirring occasionally, until butter melts, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Stir in flour, sugar and nuts. Drop tablespoons of dough 4 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
    Put only 2 on a sheet.
    Bake for 11 to 13 minutes, or until cookies are golden brown and bubbly.
