Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    3 or 4 cans tomato sauce
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    4 c. Mozzarella cheese
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Brown beef and sausage.
    Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and onion.
    Cook until onion is tender.
    Scoop zucchini out so it looks like shells, then spoon meat mixture evenly in each zucchini.
    Top with Mozzarella.
    Cook until golden brown and bubbly, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour, at 350\u00b0.
    May take longer, depending on the size of the zucchini.
    You can raise the heat just before taking it out to brown the top.
