Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. shortening
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Combine flour, celery seed, salt and paprika; cut in shortening.
Sprinkle with 2 to 3 tablespoons water, mixing with fork until all flour is moistened and dough clings together.
Roll out 1/4-inch thick on floured surface.
Cut to fit top of casserole.
Put on top and cut slits near center.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Serves 6.
