Cajun Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. new potatoes
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    1 large size sour cream
    crumbled bacon
    chopped green onions
    American cheese, grated
    salt and pepper
    liquid crab boil
    seasonings (your choice to taste)
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in crab boil until tender.
    Cool.
    Slice potatoes thin and layer in casserole dish.
    Melt butter and add sour cream.
    Salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle grated cheese and green onions and crumble over top.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
