Broiled Pork Chops With Orange Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops, trimmed
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Slash edges of chops to prevent curling.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Broil 4 inches from heat, brushing often with mixture of juice and remaining ingredients, about 15 minutes.
    Turn and broil, basting often until thoroughly cooked and well browned.
