Crispy Chicken Tenders -- With Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 tsp. each onion flakes and dry mustard
    1 c. butter cracker crumbs
    2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
    1/2 lb. chicken breast halves (skinless and boneless)
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 tsp. seasoning salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and grease a shallow baking pan. Combine 2/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing, onion flakes and dry mustard in mixing bowl and mix well. Combine cracker crumbs and sesame seeds. Cut chicken breasts in strips; dip into mayonnaise mixture, then coat with cracker crumbs. Arrange in baking pan. Bake about 15 minutes.
