Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Measure dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Cut in butter with pastry blender or two knives until mixture is coarse crumbs. Add sour cream, stirring until mixture is moistened.
Turn dough onto lightly floured surface.
Knead 10 times to form a soft, smooth dough.
Roll out and cut with biscuit cutter.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 about 10 minutes.
