Reuben Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, finely chopped
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    2 slices Swiss cheese, cut in triangles
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 large clove garlic
    2 tsp. prepared horseradish
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix 1/4 cup soup, meat, bread crumbs, eggs, parsley and garlic.
    On foil or wax paper, shape into a 10 x 15-inch rectangle.
    Combine sauerkraut, shredded cheese and caraway; spread over meat.
    Roll into loaf.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour, or until done.
    Combine rest of soup and horseradish; pour over loaf. Place cheese triangles on top.
    Bake an additional 5 minutes.
