Oatmeal Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. regular oats (uncooked)
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
dash of salt
1 1/2 tsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie margarine
1/3 c. nonfat buttermilk
2 tsp. all-purpose flour
Mazola spray
Preparation

Place oats in electric blender; process until oats are ground. Combine first 6 ingredients; mix.
Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Add buttermilk; stir well. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons flour over work surface.
Dump dough and knead 10 to 12 times.
Roll out to 1/2 inch thick.
Cut into rounds with 2-inch cutter.
Put on cookie sheet coated with Mazola.
Bake at 400\u00b0 until brown (10 minutes).
Makes 4 biscuits, 111 calories each.
