Ingredients
    1 c. pumpkin seeds, washed thoroughly
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    onion salt or salt
Preparation
    Melt butter on a cookie sheet in a preheated 425\u00b0 oven.
    Stir the pumpkin seeds around until well coated.
    Toast for about 20 minutes or until lightly brown, stirring occasionally.
    Season with salt and store in a covered jar.
