Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    small onion, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. milk
    1 lb. grated Cheddar
    1 can diced Ro-Tel
    1 lb. bag tortilla chips
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef and onion.
    In 9 x 13-inch pan, crush enough chips to make crust.
    In large bowl mix cream soups, milk, Ro-Tel and garlic powder.
    Pour evenly over chips and meat. Top with cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Pie is done when bubbling in center.
    serve with remaining chips and salad.
