Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 box German chocolate cake mix, prepared as directed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box confectioners sugar
Preparation

In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer chopped pecans, then coconut, then mixed cake mix.
Cream the cream cheese, margarine and sugar together.
Pour over cake mix (may have to spoon).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake is done.
