Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 pound) salmon, flaked
    1 egg
    1 tsp onion (can used fresh or dried)
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 tsp of parsley
    dash of sauce
Preparation
    Take soda crackers and crush until fine and add to mixture until it holds together into patties. Fry in a little bacon grease or oil.
