Cracklin Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. creamed corn
    2 c. cracklins
Preparation
    Mix together meal, milk, eggs and corn; mix up well.
    Then add cracklins and water.
    Bake in an iron skillet 45 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 450\u00b0.
