Pineapple-Banana Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 sticks butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. powdered sugar
2 medium cans pineapple
1 large carton Cool Whip
4 to 5 bananas
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of butter and add graham cracker crumbs.
Press into bottom and sides of a 9 x 12-inch pan.
Combine in bowl the eggs, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 sticks butter.
Beat 15 minutes with electric mixer.
Pour over crumbs.
Slice bananas and spread over sugar mixture.
Add 2 cans pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip over the top and refrigerate overnight.
