Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooking oil
5 whole eggs, (blend one at a time)
2 1/ c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
sift together
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 cuts raw carrots, grated
1 c. nuts
Preparation

Mix first seven ingredients together, mix well. Add carrots and nuts to mixture and mix well. Bake in three greased and floured layer pans.
