Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. whole wheat flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1/3 c. oil
    1 c. oats
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Mix flours, salt, baking powder and sugar in large bowl.
    Add egg, milk, oil and vanilla; mix well.
    Add oats, nuts and raisins if desired.
    Stir in well.
    Fill greased muffin pans half full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until browned.
