Corn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    2 c. fresh corn or 2 c. drained canned corn
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    black pepper to taste
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; saute onion and bell pepper in butter until onion is done.
    Add corn, sugar, salt and black pepper and cook 15 to 20 minutes on medium-low heat.
    Cool slightly and add cheese and eggs.
    Place in a casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
