Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1/4 lb. (1 stick) margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    pinch of cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Boil or bake sweet potatoes until tender.
    Set aside to cool.
    Remove skins and mash.
    In large mixing bowl, combine butter, sweet potatoes, sugars and flour. Using metal spoon, mash ingredients until well blended.
    Add eggs, cream, lemon juice and vanilla.
    Continue to whip until batter is smooth and creamy.
    Season with cinnamon and nutmeg.
