Steph'S Homemade Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sifted flour
4 or 5 heaping Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. milk
5 Tbsp. syrup
Preparation

Sift flour into large bowl.
Tunnel out flour from middle. Mix shortening and syrup with flour left in the middle of bowl. Don't use flour from sides of bowl.
Slowly stir in milk.
You may need a little more or a little less milk.
Add milk until mixture reaches your desired texture.
Pinch off a piece of dough.
Roll in hand and then place on a greased pan.
Preheat oven to 450\u00b0. Cook biscuits until brown.
