Garlic And Oil Pasta - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 c. reserved spaghetti cooking water
spaghetti
Preparation

Heat oil.
Add garlic and saute until soft.
Add salt and pepper.
Add reserved water and blend well.
Cook over low heat 1 minute.
Pour over hot spaghetti and toss.
Serve immediately.
