Pat-In-Pan Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. oil
2 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients.
Add milk to oil and stir. Pour into dry ingredients.
Blend well; pat into a 9-inch pie pan, fluting
the
edges.
Bake as directed in filling recipe for baked shell.
Poke holes in crust and bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
