Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz.) taco seasoning mix
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. coarsely crushed tortilla chips (about 2 oz.)
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Colby cheese
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Brown ground beef with onions, garlic powder and green pepper in skillet, drain.
Add seasoning mix and water to meat.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0. Spread corn chips in bottom of 8 x 10-inch pan. Pour meat mixture over chips.
Sprinkle cheeses on top.
Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
